Jonathan Teboul – CEO & Broker

Jonathan is focused on leading the company’s overall vision and strategic direction by identifying key acquisitions, managing growth and overseeing recruitment of talents. With over 10 years of experience, Jonathan has successfully undertaken and managed a wide range of projects and has been involved in the acquisition, renovation and disposition of Real Estate totaling in excess of $200 Million. Jonathan is also the Broker for C.A.P. Management (Commercial Asset & Property Management, LLC) – a commercial real estate investment firm. Prior to founding Management Miami, Jonathan was an Investments Analyst for Real Fund Capital based in Aventura, FL. Mr. Teboul has recently succeeded in passing all the State Exams to become a licensed CGC (Certified General Contractor).

Jonathan holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance & Real Estate from Florida International University. He is a member of the Miami Commercial Realtor Association, ICSC, USGBC, CCIM & ULI. At FIU, Jonathan served as the president of the Real Estate Student Association for which he organized many events with local and national real estate speakers.



Claudia Zambrano – Director of Operations

Claudia Zambrano is responsible of overseeing all the departments involved in the day-to-day operations of the company including new business development and acquisition, existing client/tenant relations and overall accounting and administrative services.

Prior to joining the Management Team, Claudia assisted as a CAM for a local Property Management Firm providing management and accounting services to over 12 condominium and co-op associations. She began her career in Real Estate as a Property Manager and Assistant for a trio of local investors who stabilized, beautified and later disbursed of their 150+ unit portfolio, some of which were located in prime real estate markets known as Mimo District and South Beach.



Angel Garcia – General Property Manager & Broker Associate

Angel Garcia’s extensive career in the overall real estate industry goes back in excess of 30 years. Prior to joining Management Miami in 2010, he was the CEO and owner/operator of Hemisphere Mortgage Corporation which he ran well over a decade. During that time, he also handled the management for his clients’ investment properties. His years of experience and vast knowledge of the industry, has allowed him to develop strategic plans for management, loss-prevention, budgeting, financing, sales and leasing for the properties and clients which he currently services. Angel Garcia holds a CAM License and is a Real Estate Licensed Professional in the South Florida since 1986.



Debra Doner – Property Manager

Debra Doner has over 19 years of experience specializing in Residential and Commercial Property Management. Ms. Doner is a result driven professional who is passionate about her career in Real Estate and Property Management. One of her fortes is the delivery of complex commercial and residential project management, installation, and property commissioning. She has an exceptional skill set creating harmonious relationships between property owners and tenants. Originally from Springfield, MA she began her career managing portfolios for private investors.




Elisa Colman – Leasing Director & Sales Agent

Elisa Colman oversees leasing renewals and marketing and represents our clients in sales transactions. She has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2011 specializing in residential sales and rentals. Elisa began her career as an administrative assistance for a renowned Real Estate office in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Her hard work, high ethical standards, and knowledge of the industry has driven her to become the top-notch agent she is today.


Simon Naon, BA – Financial Controller

As the Financial Controller, Simon is responsible for all accounting aspects as well as financial reporting in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. His attention to detail and accuracy makes him a valuable team member that strives to provide excellent results and services to both Management Miami and its clients. Simon is also dedicated to improve and develop internal control policies and procedures that will improve overall efficiency and professionalism.

Prior to becoming the Financial Controller at Management Miami, Simon has held several accounting and tax positions in privately held companies as well as publicly traded companies. The majority of his accounting experience has been mainly focused in the real estate industry for the past several years. His expertise includes short and long term and short term rentals, property flipping, commercial and residential property management, construction, and foreign based investments.

 

Patricia Quintana, BA, CCIM – Licensed Real Estate Agent

With over 30 years of Real Estate Experience, Patricia Quintana has successfully undertaken a wide range of commercial and residential projects. As a Real Estate Agent, Patricia is focused in sales and leasing within our portfolio or for third party customers.

Her past experience includes positions such as Director of Leasing for the Adler Group, overseeing 3.2million square feet, 350 tenants comprising of industrial, office and flex properties. Patricia is experienced in Landlord and Tenant Representation, and was designated a (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Member in 2003.  She is fluent in Spanish, originally from Colombia and speaks some Portege. Patricia has concluded over 537 commercial real estate lease and sale transactions totaling over $43Million Dollars.
